Privacy Policy

FBO JETHANDLING ECUADOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in the course of providing airport services and aviation support services, collects and processes the personal data of employees, clients, suppliers, users, and all other individuals associated with its operations.

Senior Management is committed to protecting such information responsibly, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation while maintaining the highest standards of security, confidentiality, and data protection.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales – LOPDP), its implementing regulations, and all other applicable legal provisions, ensuring the protection of data subjects’ rights at all times.

  • Conducting airport operations and aviation-related support activities.

11. Acceptance and authorization by the data subject

The data subject acknowledges having been informed, in a clear, sufficient, and timely manner, of the contents of this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, as well as the purposes for which their personal data will be processed.

To this end, FBO JETHANDLING ECUADOR S.A. provides the following CONSENT FORM, through which the data subject may freely, expressly, prior to processing, and unequivocally authorize the processing of their personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

The consent granted may be withdrawn at any time through the Company’s official communication channels.
